Soup Season is Every Season

No really it is! Our soups come in two styles: classic broth or house sauce. The classic broth is a bone based broth that is full of flavors and can help cure a cold any day. We leave the broth on a simmer for hours on end so it can pull out all the richness from the bones and curate a flavor like no other. The broth in our seafood soup is a little special as we top it off with our in house chilli oil. The house sauce style is the perfect summer noodle dish. How is it different? Well, instead of getting a big bowl of soup you're getting a smaller size BUT the noodles are what is different, when you order it house sauce style, we tossed your choice of noodle in a signature sauce. It is almost like a teriyaki combined with a Dan-Dan style sauce. The sauce gives the perfect combo of sweet and savory taste to the noodles.
